This Privacy Policy sets out how [NAZWA SPÓŁKI], with its registered office at [ADRES SIEDZIBY], NIP [NIP], processes personal data in connection with the operation of sklepix.pl and the provision of services to Clients.
§ 1. Data controller

§ 2. Scope of processed data
We process the data provided by users via the contact form on the website (name, email address, optionally phone number) and Client commercial data (company name, tax ID, invoicing details).
When providing services to Clients we also process data of the Client’s buyers contained in Allegro messages, to the extent needed to handle those messages — on the basis of a data processing agreement.
The website uses cookies and traffic measurement (IP address, anonymised session identifiers) — see § 7.
§ 3. Purposes and legal basis
We process data for the purposes of: (a) responding to a contact form enquiry — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps toward concluding an agreement); (b) performing the service agreement — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; (c) issuing invoices and tax obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR; (d) direct marketing of our own services — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to respond to an enquiry and to provide services.
§ 4. Data recipients
Data may be shared with: (a) IT infrastructure providers (hosting, email, analytics tools), (b) the accounting firm, (c) entities authorised by law.
Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area only to entities covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (including AI model providers).
§ 5. Retention period
Contact form data where no agreement was concluded: 12 months from the last contact.
Client data: for the duration of the agreement and 6 years thereafter (statute of limitations, tax obligations).
System logs and technical data: up to 12 months.
§ 6. Data subject rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing (including direct marketing) and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

§ 7. Cookies
sklepix.pl uses only technical cookies required for the proper operation of the service (session, language preference).
We do not use third-party marketing cookies. If we introduce analytics tools in the future we will request separate informed consent.
§ 8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures adequate to the risks involved: encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access control, regular backups.
§ 9. Policy changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated. Material changes will be announced on the website together with the effective date.
